Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by. My name is Ray Roman and I am the one who manages Sparky’s website. Recently I had the pleasure of actually going on one of Sparky’s guided Lake Texoma Striper Fishing tour. J C McCullough was our Lake Texoma guide for the trip. Instead of writing several thousand words to describe the trip I will let the pictures tell the story.

Were the striper fish biting? No sooner was the bait in the water before you’d feel the striper nipping at the bait..then “CHOMP” right on the hook. Even Tammy was landing fish.

We kept J.C. very business during our trip. Here is J.C helping everyone out on the boat. We were extremely happy with the service J.C provided. He is definitely one of the best Lake Texoma fishing guides around.

So just how much fish did we catch? Well…check out the picture below. These were all caught in about 2 hours.

So who had the biggest catch? My little girl, of course. Don’t how big the striper was, but she thinks it’s huge. Kids of all ages will love Lake Texoma striper fishing.

It would be downright rude  to talk about striper fishing without mentioning the awesome boat we were on. This is Sparky’s new boat and believe you me it’s kick-butt awesome.

How awesome is Sparky’s new boat? With room for up to 8 guests it can handle just about any group easily and if you have more folks Sparky has another boat too. But room alone is not enough this boat has power. How much power check out the 383 engine below. Make sure you hold on tight when JC pushes on that throttle.

Truly a great experience for me and my family and our warmest thanks to JC and Sparky for being the very best Lake Texoma fishing guides on the lake. They were great and we had a great time.

The striper fishing on Lake Texoma has been spectacular during the first two weeks in June. I know you get tired of hearing this but we are reaching our striper limits very quickly in the morning and also on the afternoon trips. It has just been been great. I expect the fishing action to continue to be as good or better during the rest of the month. As we come upon the Fourth of July Weekend I expect the striper fishing on Lake Texoma to remain very good.

Just wanted to take a moment to let you know the striper fishing on Lake Texoma is hot right now. We have been having great daily trips and meet limits all the time. The stripers are coming in big at anywhere from 5 lbs to 10 lbs on average. We did manage one big lunker that weighed in at just over 19 lbs.
